1) #DIGHEROES: BEST IN THE WEST AT IEM KATOWICE

Team Dignitas secured two championships at the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Katowice, one of the most prestigious events in esports. Following the CS:GO Women’s team win a week prior, Team Dignitas’ Heroes of the Storm team took the stage for the Western Clash #1. As the tournament favorite, it was no surprise to see the team advance to the Grand Finals. Though they were met by a challenge in Europe’s Zealots, Team Dignitas came out victorious. The best-of-seven series, that went the full distance, was coined one of the most exciting in recent Heroes history. Team Dignitas walked away with the title of best team in the west and $30,000.

2) POPULAR FORTNITE STREAMER, GERNADERJAKE, JOINS STREAM TEAM

Popular Twitch streamer, Jake “GernaderJake” Straus has joined Team Dignitas as a Fortnite streamer. Previously known as the top streamer for the game Destiny, GernaderJake recently switched over to Fortnite – Twitch’s most popular streamed game this month. A resident of Washington, GernaderJake is recognized for his uplifting personality and exciting gameplay.

3) ODEE VISITS WITH STUDENTS AT NORTH EAST SURREY COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY

Team Dignitas founder & now General Manager, ODEE, visited with students at his alma mater - the North East Surrey College of Technology. As an Advisory Board Member of the British Esports Association, ODEE was invited to meet with the students who were in the midst of the British Esports Championships. As one of the most veteran people in the esports industry, ODEE provided guidance to students looking to turn their esports hobby into a career.

4) #DIGCSGO FE: TEAM’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP FEATURED ON GINXTV

Canada’s 24/7 esports television station GiNXTV attended the IEM Katowice tournament and captured winning moments from the prestigious tournament. Team Dignitas’ CS:GO victory drew extra attention from GiNX given two of our star players are Canadians. A full segment on GiNXTV was dedicated to GooseBreeder, rain and team taking home top honors at the Polish tournament.

5) #DIGPUBG: INVITED TO STREAM.ME PUBG INVITATIONAL

As the volume of PUBG tournaments continue to increase, Team Dignitas has been invited to yet another invitational event. Hosted by Auzom, one of the game’s premier leagues, the StreamMe Invitational invited 16 of Europe’s best teams. Starting in early March, the event will span four weeks with $12,500 at stake for the top placing teams.
